FLYING STUDENT
About the Program
The Master's program in Computer Science spans two years. For students with backgrounds differing from our bachelor program graduates, a three-year conversion program is available, with the first year dedicated to addressing missing prerequisites. Our courses enhance abstract thinking and flexibility, employing current technologies to illustrate general principles. The program provides students with significant flexibility in course selection, offering various options for specializing in different areas of computer science.
Knowledge that Gratuate aquires
The graduate attains a computer science education to meet current and future demands in scientific, technical, social, and economic domains. The program balances theoretical and application-oriented subjects, ensuring students engage with both aspects. Theoretical subjects foster flexibility and abstraction, providing a foundation for staying current through lifelong learning. Graduates possess a diverse portfolio of mathematical and algorithmic techniques, enabling the analysis of complex systems. Application-oriented courses facilitate specialization and the seamless transition to professional practice. Graduates creatively apply knowledge to practical problems, independently assess and propose solutions, and are well-versed in cutting-edge technologies, ready to apply and adapt them in practice.
Study Plan
Where You Can Work after Graduation
Graduates typically secure roles in IT, especially software companies, as developers, project managers, or in specialized areas. Other opportunities include systems analysts, designers, lead programmers, security managers, and administrators of large-scale software systems. Their adeptness with new technologies is evident in roles within development teams and as founders of tech start-ups. Analytical skills make them valuable in interdisciplinary teams, and a solid theoretical foundation allows for advanced studies and international academic careers. Their precise thinking skills enable employment beyond computer science, spanning various sectors like economy, management, and public administration, where information and communication technologies are essential.
Double Degree Opportunitie
While this Program does not offer a formal double degree, students have the exciting opportunity to gain international study experience through programs like Erasmus+ and other global partnerships. With the chance to spend one or more semesters abroad, students can immerse themselves in diverse academic environments and potentially receive scholarships to partially cover associated costs. It's a unique chance for valuable international exposure, even though it doesn't result in obtaining a second degree, as is the case with formal Double Degree programs.
